What stays the same .....
- Rally course is a 3800 km loop with start/finish points near Brisbane/Sydney/Melbourne Dubbo & Goondiwindi.
NO EXCESSIVE COST TRANSPORTING BIKES AND SPENDING TIME COMMUTING RATHER THEN RIDING - There are easy cut outs on a well-planned track that is very accurate. Less skilled riders can have a lot of fun they just to need to use the track notes to navigate around the harder sections.
- Riders are safer because we don't have regroups each night, There is less dust and less congestion at fuel stops and no long queues for toilets or food. We don't put numbers on your bikes because that often leads to racing.

APC RALLY ENTRY FORM
NEW '1 DAY RIDE SERIES - BRISBANE' from 3rd SEPTEMBER 17
The first Sunday of each month a one day ride will start at the Story Bridge hotel. Riders just show up between 6 am and 7 am and we will load GPS units and then run a corner man system for those without GPS units. The cost is only $50 and riders just pay on the day. What I am trying to do is just give guys a good solid days riding on different courses each time we go out. The courses will suit all levels of riders . As with all my rides I will be up the back because that is where people need the most help. We are starting on June 5th and we hope to create an atmosphere that all riders feel relaxed and just enjoy the endless track. We will have no regroups and the key for many is the convenience of having not to organise any one else they just show up and will meet riders who are the same pace. There will be no regroups and you will simply sign a list when you reach the end which would be a petrol station on the outskirts of town . This means that you dont have to wait around you can just go home and wash your bike. For those who live out of Brisbane they might consider bringing the family to Brisbane for the weekend and they do family stuff Saturday and riding Sunday.
Just text John Hudson M 0414457455 if you plan on coming. Put you name and bike type in the text please with your email address.

We have 14 spots available for riders and 6 for partners. This ride will change your outlook on life, in my opinion, it's the pinnacle of our sport. The freight cost is considerable and cost the same if we take 14 bikes or 3 so you will own a space. If you have to pull out and we can replace you with another rider we can do a refund if we can't you will own a spot on the container. Partners will be required to drive the hire cars that shadow the ride. The partners will have to pay $500 each for hire car cost and $200 for fuel. Partners are required to pay $700 deposit as well. They are in a hire car for 14 days which is fully insured and it includes fuel at $50 per day
THE ENTRY DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCOM COST
Bike Loading: 17th APRIL 2-00 pm 50 Michael Street. Bulimba
GPS units are to be posted to APC RALLY P.O Box 785 Bulimba QLD 4171 in June. A Canadian map set will be loaded on your GPS for you as well as the track. Those who have spare GPS units should send them as well. When your GPS or bike stops working and you are pulled up under a tree I swear you nearly always hear bears.
Freight Information. Notes: no fuel in tanks, battery not attached, extremely clean, under bash plates inside guards everywhere. Bikes should be packed with gear on them and ready to go. Riding gear in bags also needs to be very clean. Helmets and spare clothes can go in the container. Include two tie downs and wheel chock or spring to hold the front wheel up. Bikes can be stored at 50 Michael Street one week before departure.
Telstra have a roaming deal for data and it’s important to get it so the group trackers show up on your phone also handy for other stuff. We have phone service for approx 40% of riding time.
Rally team are flying with Air Canada getting flight ac 036 July 21st Direct from Bris to Vancouver 14 hours We arrive in Canada on the 21st because of the time difference. Hire cars will be picked up that afternoon.
Your “go to Hospital “drybag should include a set of clothes , thongs , phone charger, cigarette lighter, next of kin contact details, a copy of medical insurance, a copy of passport, copy of credit cards, hat, sunglasses and $300 Canadian dollars. Every rider needs to have this on their bike at all times.
No camping gear is required and a bag will be carried in the truck for you but you should always carry some cloths and shoes in case the support truck does not show. I would also recommend carrying plenty of spare and tools. There are less bike shops then in Australia and very little capacity to get things fixed. For example, if you own a KTM 690 bring a fuel filter, fuel pump and injector.
Fuel range required is 430 km.
